wide variety comfortable room
the staff was kind it made the stay really good special mention goes to kathryn she was fantastic the room was very comfortable and spacious breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of options from a buffet and a la carte
the shower room water did not drain smoothly guests had to stand in the flood most of the time

Disappointing Service for the Price
uninterested staff poor assistance
The hotel has a good location.
The staff seemed disinterested in assisting with luggage upon arrival. I had to carry my bags to my room without any help offered. The bellhops just sat by the door looking at their phones, seemingly oblivious to my presence. The front desk staff also was to be uninterested.

superb hotel experience!
friendly staff spacious room great deal
The staff greeted me with smiles! they assisted me with local spots. the rooms were spacious and clean. i took advantage of the great spa deals. I even booked a spa package, and the hotel provided lunch afterwards.

the room was tastefully decorated! it offered comfort. the duplex unit proved spacious, it comfortably accommodated three people, and the availability of two toilets was convenient for meeting our needs.

The staff was always friendly and ready to help, offering support whenever needed. the concierge made recommendations. Breakfast offered variety from 6-10. the staff showed attentiveness. They greeted guests warmly.

okay location, disappointing service
bad smell drain pipe
the location was really convenient for getting around. they handled my laundry without issues.
The bathroom smelled bad because of the drain pipe, a problem i noticed immediately. i was surprised that no one offered to help me with my luggage when i checked in. The staff seemed uninterested and mostly on their phones.

The breakfast buffet included a fantastic selection of Asian and continental options. I found the room clean and tastefully decorated. The bed provided great comfort. I appreciated the bathroom and its appealing view of the city.

rooftop bar breakfast bar good location shower room drain pipe bad smell
the location was very close to the shops. the rooftop bar was good we only visited it once. the breakfast bar had a good selection the room was clean.
the shower room water did not drain smoothly. guests stand in the flood most of the time. the bathroom had a bad smell from the drain pipe.
