Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice, of a good size, and tastefully designed, offering high standards. The service was exceptional with the staff going out of their way to accommodate every need. The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi, while the dining options provided a wide array of choices. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The room was not only clean but also beautiful, especially the Junior Suite which offered spacious and immaculate accommodation. Even after a dinner outing, returning to a perfectly made-up room was a treat. The comfort level was top-notch, despite the room lacking a window, the tranquility made up for it.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Hanoi. The room was really nice with a balcony facing the City of Hanoi, located on the fifth floor, and very comfortable. Although there was building work nearby, it didn't bother us much as we were out exploring the city most of the time. The service was absolutely fantastic, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location was a huge plus, right in the heart of the city near all the major attractions. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money stay.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The newly renovated 8th and 9th Floors offered more spacious and comfortable rooms with everything we needed. The service provided by the hotel staff was impeccable and they went above and beyond to assist us. The location in the busy Old Quarter was perfect for exploring, although the dining experience fell short in terms of variety. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.
The hotel had spacious and spotless rooms before our night-time flight, with a balcony offering an amazing view of Hanoi, and within walking distance of street food and shopping. The service couldn't do enough to ensure we had the best experience in Vietnam, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, right in the middle of the vibrant Old Quarters. The dining experience was amazing with a variety of food options. Overall, a fantastic choice for your stay in Hanoi.
The hotel is located in bustling old Hanoi, offering a quiet retreat except for the occasional sounds of latecomers. The service was personalized and attentive, surpassing some 5-star hotels I've stayed at. Being in the lively Old Quarter, it's extremely close to Hoan Kiem lake and surrounded by excellent places to eat. The dining experience was fresh and varied, ideal for a diverse traveler. Overall, a cozy, centrally-located gem with unforgettable service.
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were lovely, offering an amazing view of Hanoi and conveniently located within walking distance of street food and shopping. Unfortunately, there was a lack of hot water on the last night, which was a bit of a downside.
